Beach Cities Stingrays Shine at Rose Bowl

Congratulations to our very own Beach Cities Stingrays who competed Sunday against the Rose Bowl Rays, Santa Monica Frogs, and SGV Stingrays.  Our Stingrays had a great time and many of them not only swam in their first ever swim meet but over achieved and swam the 100 IM for the very first time! WOOHOO!!!  Each Stingray swam a total of 4 events and were supported by some of Beach Cities own competitive swimmers.  Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Stingrays and one more BIG HUGE GIGANTIC CONGRATULATIONS!!!  Be sure to high five our team mates on the deck this week!

Beach Cities Stingrays who competed Sunday include Henry Doucette, Canon Behenna, Andrew Lewis, Griffin Ephraim, Max Melendez, Ben Noe, Connor Fox, and Timmy Mitelberg.   

An extra special thank you to our amazing meet volunteers, without whom none of this would be possible: Lauren Nielsen (Sectional Squad), Nikki Cooper (Sectional Squad), Solee Scarlet (Gold Squad), Kai Scarlet (Junior Olympic Squad), Matthew Cullen (Junior Olympic Squad), Kate Allen (White Squad), Lisa Ristani, Nina Hall, Kathy Nielsen, Heather McNabb, Brooks Ephraim, and especially Coach Dave for the time he has put in to help these boys achieve their full potential!
