Welcome to Beach Cities Swimming! We are a non-profit, USA Swimming Competitive Team dedicated to developing the best High Performance program in the South Bay. We offer high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. Every member of our team will have the opportunity to improve swimming skills and optimize success from novice to international competitor.

In addition to our competitive swim team, we offer swimming opportunities for all ages and ability levels including Special Needs Swim Team and Pre Competitive Swim Team. 

All of our coaches participate in professional development, and have access to the most comprehensive training and tools. This training ensures children's time in the water will be spent efficiently.
