Welcome to Beach Cities Alpha! We are a non-profit, USA Swimming Competitive Team dedicated to developing the best High Performance program in the South Bay. We offer high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. Every member of our team will have the opportunity to improve swimming skills and optimize success from novice to international competitor.

Beach Cities Alpha is dedicated to offering the most unique and beneficial training program to all ages and ability levels.  In order for swimmers to reach their maximum potential, coaches will take a progressive approach to developing each swimmer's physical and mental strengths and weaknesses.  As swimmers progress through the groups, more demanding physical challenges will be introduced, along with an increased level of commitment and a desire to succeed competitively.  This program has been designed to motivate swimmers and challenge them to become passionate, confident, and motivated student-athletes in a safe and supportive environment.

In addition to our competitive swim team, we offer swimming opportunities for all ages and ability levels including Special Needs Swim Team and Pre Competitive Swim Team. 

All of our coaches participate in professional development, and have access to the most comprehensive training and tools. This training ensures children's time in the water will be spent efficiently.
