Beach Cities Annual Banquet 2013-2014

Beach Cities Swimming held its annual swim banquet at the Crown Plaza in Redondo Beach on Sunday, March 9.  It was a gorgeous venue and the team dried off and got all dressed up to celebrate their amazing accomplishments!  Participation awards were given to each swimmer in attendance and individual awards were presented by each group coach.  The evening featured a silent auction that raised over $6,000 for the club, a sit down dinner, an awesome slide show recapturing the memories from the past year, an incredible key note address by Olympic medalist and former world record holder Cythina "Sippy" Woodhead Brennan, speeches from the graduating seniors, and an ice cream bar to top things off.  Congratulations to all the swimmers that participated at Beach Cities Swimming over the 2013-2014 season.  Your coaches are so very proud of all of your hard work!  The Slide Show will be for sale on the website soon for $10 and the water bottles will be sold for $5 (while supplies last)!
