Beach Cities Kicks off Long Course 2014
Beach Cities Swimming kicked off lthe 2014 long course season this past weekend at the 2014 JCA March Madness Meet. Swam at the John C. Argue Swim Stadium in Los Angeles, our BCS swimmers braved the hot sun and swam impressively! Both Saturday and Sundaymorning sessions highlighted our younger BCS swimmers, while the afternoon was all about our older BCS swimmers! Both days showcased just how hard our swimmers have been training. BCS brought 51 swimmers in total. Pretty excellent for the first long course meet of the season!
The White team had 5 swimmers: Fred Brown, Isabella Hynes, Keira Scarlet, Naomi Scott, and Nicole Ungaro. Yay White team!
The Red team brought 16 swimmers: Kaylie Bao, Mackenzie Brack, Jamie Brennan, Tabi Brown, Maria Crisera, Caroline Egger, Belah Ellis, Heidi Givens, Taylor Horne, Nicole Javellana, Lauren Kim, Lilly May, Mason McEwen, Jack O'Shaughnessy, Sarah Quayle, and Sanoja Sridevan. Go Red Team!
The JO team brought 18 swimmers: Roger Brown, Matthew Cullen, Brad Diaz, Ethan Endicott, Kennedy French, Caleb Gorman, Evan Herr, Max Kuchynskyy, Claire Murray, Ryan O'Shaughnessy, Emily Pitman, Kai Scarlet, Tarah Shaffer, Jake Sexton, Ethan Smith, Karli Wallace, Michael Yaccarino, and Zach Yakubik. Awesome job JO team!
Great job this past weekend BCS swimmers!!! All the BCS coaches are proud of our swimmers performances this past weekend and cant wait until the next LC meet!
