2024 South Gate Meet Recap!

Last Sunday, BCS sent 40 athletes to the SGAC/BAY February meet in South Gate.  The meet was an indoor competition, which made it a unique opportunity for our athletes and coaches.  Indoor racing comes with a whole host of issues that we usually don’t have to contend with when racing outdoors (air quality, crowded decks, increased ambient noise volume, etc); but our squad did a great job of adapting to their environment, and put together a whopping 85% lifetime best swims across the course of the day.  Not only that, but EVERY BCS athlete who competed walked away with at least 1 LTB or new event swum!  Go BCS!
