The Highlands Dolphins Aquatic Club, HDAC, is a year round compeitive swim team. We strive to provide a fun and safe enviorment where swimmers can learn life skills through the sport of swimming. Our team serves swimmers ages 7 and older of all abilites. Highlands Dolphins athletes are encouraged to put in their best effort every day on every lap in every practices regardless of their ability.
