Silver Group

Silver Group is for those still somewhat new to swim team but are a little bit more advanced than red. They already know all four strokes and can do a 50 of each stroke. They know how to do dives, flipturns and underwaters but still need to improve them. They have an interest in competitive swim and want to train for 100s of stroke as well as the 200 FR.

Meet requirement: 6 a year

5pm-6pm
