At Life Time Nevada Swim, we believe that swimming is not just an athlete's journey—it’s a family commitment. While our swimmers represent the team in the pool, parents and guardians are equally important ambassadors of our program. Your behavior sets the tone and serves as a model for our young athletes. Respect, courtesy, and good sportsmanship are the baseline expectations at all practices, competitions, and Life Time swim-related events.

If you have any questions regarding team policies or expectations, please reach out to your location’s Aquatics Department Head. Contact details can be found on our [Coaches Page](insert link here).

Please note: Negative or undermining behavior toward the coaching staff will not be tolerated. The Head Coach reserves the right to deny participation to any family or individual who does not uphold a positive and respectful example within our swim community. This decision is made at the discretion of the Head Coach.

Family Involvement Makes a Difference

Swimming is a team effort, and parent involvement is essential to our success. We strongly encourage you to volunteer for timing at meets (when needed by the host team) or to support intrasquad events and other team activities. Parent volunteers not only help meets run smoothly—they often get the best seat in the house!
