Team Apparel and Equipment Start of Season

  

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Jennifer Davis and I am the Equipment Manager for this upcoming season.  I just wanted to provide a little information before the season starts.  Please read through the email as there is a lot of important information. 

  

Each swimmer will receive 1 SilverRays Swim Cap from their respective coaches please remind your swimmers to pick theirs up during their first few weeks of practices.  If you need additional swim caps throughout the season, please let me know and I can bring them to practice and give them to your swimmer.  Caps are $12 each and will be charged to your account. 

  

New swimmers will receive a team shirt, so if you are a new family please reach out to me with your swimmers name, size (we have adult and youth sizes) and which group they belong to and I will try to get them their shirt within the first week or two if I have sizes available. If any swimmers are in need of an additional shirt throughout the season, please let me know.  Shirts are $28 each and will be charged to your account. 

  

We will  not be ordering team suits this season, so please purchase your swimmer training swimsuit/jammers. The club would prefer navy in color, but that is not mandatory. 

  

The club only carries stock in Team Caps and Team Shirts.  We will have an online team store opening week of  September 22, 2026 to purchase additional SilverRays apparel such as hoodies, sweats etc. A separate email will be sent when the store is finalized and open for purchases.
