TSC's Balazs 19th At World Championships
TSC swimmer and 2012 Canadian Olympian Zsofi Balasz finished 19th overall in today's 10km race at the World Swimming Championships in Barcelona.
Do not let the 19th place standing fool you, this was a big-time breakthrough for Balasz who was just 9.3 seconds behind the 1st place finisher. Zsofi's final time of 1:58.28.5 illustrates how close 20+ of the World's best Open Water swimmers are in today's competitive landscape that after nearly two hours of intense racing just 9.3 seconds separated Zsofi from the World Champion.

Pool competition at the FINA World Swimming Championships is set to begin Sunday, July 28th and TSC swimmers Zack Chetrat and Blake Worsley are there ready to swim fast!
