Swimming Canada Male Junior Relay Camp
Oliver Straszynski (National) was among 24 swimmers selected by Swimming Canada to attend a Male Junior Relay Camp in Victoria B.C, April 6-7.
Coach Bill O’Toole was also in attendance at this camp.
The goal was to identify and develop a group of male 100 and 200 freestyles capable of winning a medal in Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020.
Swimmers were assessed based on their performance during dry-land activation, warm ups, test sets and warm downs. At the end of the camp 12 swimmers were identified to attend a relay based training and racing tour to the Charlotte Grand Prix in May.
