Quintin D - Quintin did an amazing job tackling two swim meets weekends apart. He attended both Border City and OJI - where he accomplished many best times, final swims and new learning experiences at OJI, even while recovering from a cold. Keep up the good work and remain focused as we head into the long course season!

Rowley K - Rowley is our WOW swimmer of the month. At Border City, he was able to drop chunks of time in all of his races. He not only surprised himself but his teammates as well. His positive swimming was contagious and motivated his teammates around him to accomplish some amazing swims as well. Great Job!

This was a challenging pick - the energy and drive in December has been amazing! It is great to see the group pushing each other and raising their expectations of what they can do in practice. Many swimmers were able to see their hard work pay off with big PB's/new qualifications/medals at our December meets. The swimmers of the month for SW - for their big jump in training and mindset, are McCrea W and Erica L!

Congratulations to Zoe M, the swimmer of the month for the Junior Provincial group. Zoe has demonstrated a deep commitment to being both a great swimmer and an exceptional athlete. She understands the importance of the repetitive and serious challenges that she faces every day in the pool and always brings her best effort to each and every set.  Zoe has a strong yet quiet competitiveness, combined with a deep respect for her teammates and coaches. She is always open to any ideas that would help her to improve. She is self-motivated and does not need any prompting from her coach to perform at her highest level on all of the daily challenges.  Zoe has a wonderful sense of fun, is always enthusiastic and continually supportive of those around her. I believe she will have a long and distinguished career in the pool with many magical moments that I am confident she will truly enjoy. Congratulations Zoe.
