I would also like to thank Cassandra Lyn.  She stayed behind for the afternoon session after swimming her morning session to help out our yonger swimmers and cheer them on.  Supervising their warmup as well as ensuring that they all have completed their positive check-ins.  Cassandra really demonstrated the DUCKS team spirits which I would like all of our swimmers to develop.  Thank you Cassandra for your dedication to the team.

Last day tomorrow, keep up the good work everyone.

Go Ducks Go!!!
