GO Kingfish Annual General Meeting (AGM)
This AGM will be held virtually via the Zoom platform.
GO ZOOM AGM:
This Zoom meeting is for all members who have a 2019-2020 registered swimmer with GO.
To access the meeting, AGM families must:
- Email [email protected] to request an access code and password
- Email must contain your Name and GO registered swimmer
- Once a request is received, and verified, an access code and password will be distributed to you
- Procedures regarding the AGM and Zoom process will be shared at the same time
- Please note that your access code and password are not to be shared
GO Board of Directors (BOD):
At the AGM, as per our bylaws, nine possible Board members may be elected to the BOD. If you would like to put your name forward to be on the GO BOD, you must:
- Submit your name, GO registered swimmer’s name, and a brief synopsis of why you want to be on the BOD
- All requests must be received by Friday May 22 @ 8:00pm to be considered for the BOD
- All requests must be sent to [email protected]
GO Audited Financial Statements:
- 2018/2019 Audited Financial Statements will be reviewed.
- Please contact [email protected] if you would like a copy of our Audited Financial Statements.
GO News:
With the goal of improving our membership’s on-line experience for the 2020/21 season, GO will be transitioning to a new and improved website that will be fully integrated with Team Unify. With the goal of reducing administrative and credit card fees, GO will also move to a new financial institution for the 2020/21 season. Join us at the AGM to hear more details
