The Greater Ottawa Kingfish swim club will be attending the National Capital Cup with 80+ athletes.

- Meet Information: - as per Swimming Canada Website
- Meet Central - meet host website with updated information
- Questions: all questions must be directed to your respective coach. No one other than Registered Staff Members/Coaches may contact meet officials.
- Safety Protocols: All participants are required to follow the Swimming Canada Safety Protocol, Swim Ontario Safety Protocols, as well as the Event Photography/Videography Procedures and Rules
- Meet format: This is a paperless meet. No printed heat sheets will be available for spectators. Please print your own Meet Programs/Heat Sheets, or use the Meet Mobile app.
- No Parents, other than meet officials, are to be on deck during the event - this is an insurance item!
