Officials and Timers

  • Senior Officials:  Arrive for a briefing @ 8:35am: Please wear a red shirt and black shorts/pants if possible.
  • Timers: Arrive for a briefing in the "shallow end" of pool @ 9:00am. Please wear comfortable clothes(white shirt if possible)
  • Masks are mandatory at uOttawa

 

 GO Kingfish Return to Racing Flow:

  • Please review  “Race Day - Return to Racing" procedures/Protocols and assigned lanes for warm up. 
  • Coaches will review this with their swimmers at practice and on race day.
  • Please Contact your respective coach if you have any immediate questions.
  • The only people allowed on deck are coaches, officials, and swimmers.

GO Strength Senior Track 1 and 2:

  • There is NO Strength for ST 1 and ST 2 on Saturday March 26
