• Saturday:  6:00-7:00am ( Bronze Central and East)  7:00-8:30am (Silver, Gold  Central and East Groups)
• Sunday: Off
• Monday: Off

Youth:

• Friday: 1:30-3:30pm Nepean Sports Plex
• Saturday: 9:30-11:00am Nepean Sports Plex
• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 8:00-9:30am Gatineau Sportif

GO Peform/Senior Kingfish:

• Friday: 8:00-10:00am Gatineau Sportif 
• Saturday: 9:00-10:30am Gatineau Sportif
• Sunday: Off
• Monday: 8:00-9:30am (Senior Group) 9:30-11:00am (GP) @ Gatineau Sportif

GO Peform ID:

• Friday: 8:00-10:00am Gatineau Sportif 
• Saturday: 7:30-8:30 Strength - Titan Performance
• Sunday: Off
• Monday:  9:30-11:00am @ Gatineau Sportif
