As per our Greater Ottawa Kingfish Swim Club Bylaws, this is our 30-day notice of our Annual General Meeting (AGM).   

 

GO Annual General Meeting (AGM):

The 2024-2025 Greater Ottawa Kingfish Swim Club  AGM is scheduled for Saturday, May 31 @ uOttawa MNT Room 207.

  • 2025-2026 Board of Directors
  • Appointment of Auditors for 2024-2025 GO Financials

 

How to Attend our GO AGM:

 We ask that you contact [email protected] to let us know if you will be attending prior to the meeting.

 

2024-2025 New Board Members:

Any new perspective GO Board Members for 2025-2026 must submit their intentions, in writing, to  p[email protected]  by Tuesday  May 20 , 2025.

Prior to submission, we encourage you to contact Kelly Lett ([email protected]) if you have any inquires/questions.

Note: Current Board Members must submit their intentions to Kelly Lett indicating their desire to return to/not return to the GO BOD by Thursday, May 15, 2025. 

GO 2023-2024 Audited Statements:

GO Kingfish Finances are Audited yearly by an approved institution as voted on yearly at our AGM.

GO members, in good standing, can receive a copy of our 2023-2024 GO Kingfish Audited Financials Statements, prior to our AGM, by contacting us at [email protected].    All members, in good standing, are asked to review the financials and address any questions to Kelly Lett ([email protected])  prior to attending our AGM. 

 

GO Kingfish East Pracitce/Training:

Silver/Gold Groups can attend  practice at uOttawa on Saturday May 31  9:45-11:30am if parents are attending the AGM
