Good Luck to our  26  GO Swimmers attending the Swim Ontario Summer Swimming championships This Weekend!

Pre meet training in Winnipeg on Thursday Morning July 06, 2023.

1. Make sure you have all your Team Gear this weekend-always on unless swimming!

• Team Caps-have extras--this is a mandatory piece of equipment.
•  Team Shirts
•  Other Team Paraphernalia-Stay warm in between events: Including wearing shoes on your feet! 

2. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled warmups and bus departure to avoid having to rush!

• Session Timeline
• Meet Entries --- under Club Events
• GO Relays  ---- listed under Club Events --- Relay will change if there is a conflict with an individuals event (Distance)
