• There will be a pre meet Warm up for GO swimmers @ 4:30pm December 11

GO Practice Wednesday December 11

• GO Swimmers  will have practice in Ottawa on Wednesday December 11 @ uOttawa from 6:00- 7:00am  
• Meet Warm up Starts on Thursday @ 10:00am     Finals Start at 4:30pm  

RELAYS:  The following is the relay schedule:

• If you cannot attend the 200 Free Mixed Relay on Thursday PM ( swun in finals) please let me know immediately.
