Good luck to our 106 swimmers who will be attending the 2025 LC Regional Championships in Nepean, Ontario

  • Session 1: Thursday, June 5, 2025 - All Ages Timed Finals
  • Session 2: Friday, June 6, 2025 - 13&Over Prelims
  • Session 3: Friday, June 6, 2025 - 12&Under Timed Finals
  • Session 4: Friday, June 6, 2025 - 13&Over Finals
  • Session 5: Saturday, June 7, 2025 - 13&Over Prelims
  • Session 6: Saturday, June 7, 2025 - 12&Under Timed Finals

Finals : All Sessions  

  • Failure to participate in an individual final, leg of a relay final, or in a timed final fastest heat event without meet management’s knowledge and consent will result in a $50.00  + 13% HST ($6.50) = $56.50 fine for each offense.  Failure to pay before the next event will exclude the swimmer from any further participation in the meet.  A swimmer who fails to scratch from an event in finals but will not swim the rest of the meet will not be penalized.
  • 13/over is a Prelim Final meet! Failure to show up to a final results in a penalty.  This is a meet rule, not a GO rule.
  • 13/over swimmers must always check in with their coach prior to leaving the pool and double check if they are in finals.
  • Scratches for finals must be made within 30 minutes after the last non distance( 200 and under) event of the prelims session.  

Age Groups: 

  • Results will be published according to age group and gender (10&Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17 & Over)
  • 13-14, 15-16, 17 & Over are Prelim Finals 
  • 10/under, 11-12 are Timed Finals

  •    There is a warm up/warm down pool open for 13/over sessions.
