As per our Greater Ottawa Kingfish Swim Club Bylaws, this is our 30-day notice of our Annual General Meeting (AGM).   

 

GO Annual General Meeting (AGM):

The 2025-2026 Greater Ottawa Kingfish Swim Club  AGM is scheduled for Saturday, June 6 @ uOttawa MNT Room 207 @ 10:00am..

How to Attend our GO AGM:

 We ask that you contact [email protected] to let us know if you will be attending prior to the meeting.

 

2025-2026 New Board Members:

Any new perspective GO Board Members for 2026-2027 must submit their intentions, in writing, to  p[email protected]  by Tuesday  May 19 , 2026.

Prior to submission, we encourage you to contact Ariadne Legendre  ([email protected]) if you have any inquires/questions.

Note: Current Board Members must submit their intentions to Ariadne Legrendre indicating their desire to return to/not return to the GO BOD by Thursday, May 21, 2026. 

GO 2024-2025 Audited Statements:

GO Kingfish Finances are Audited yearly by an approved institution as voted on yearly at our AGM.

GO members, in good standing, can receive a copy of our 2024-2025 GO Kingfish Audited Financials Statements, prior to our AGM, by contacting us at [email protected].    All members, in good standing, are asked to review the financials and address any questions to Ariadne Legendre ([email protected])  prior to attending our AGM.
