• The Meet Fees include both swimmer meet entry fees, and projected shared coaching staff expenses.  
• The commitment sign up date is the day you have until to go online and commit to the event (swim meet).  Your swimmer will only be entered if you have gone through this process.  To register for a swim meet you must go to the KSC web page, click on meets and events, click on the swim meet that you would like to attend, and edit commitment to attending this event.
• If you have questions on how to do this call Tanya at the office.
• Swimmer Entries will be prepared shortly after the sign up commitment date.  You should check and double check the KSC web page for Swimmer Individual events, to make sure that the swimmer was registered.
• Swim Meets are part of the competitive swimming experience.  They also help to measure improvement in skill and fitness.  It is expected that your swimmer attends meets such that he/she is working to improve best times, and to contribute to KSC provincial/national rankings.
• If you have to scratch after the meet entry deadline please email me directly at [email protected].  Refunds for late scratches are not usually provided.
