Governance
MMST is a not-for-profit organization that is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors (click here for the Club's organizational chart), in accordance with the Club's By-laws.
Board positions are open to nomination biennially and elections are held at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June. Notice of the AGM and the process for nominations of Board positions are communicated to current MMST members at least 14 days prior to the AGM. To nominate someone for a Board position, or be nominated, you must be a current member of MMST.
