
Torch Team Nutritionist, Jacqui Wells:
Coach Jacqui Wells has been a practicing Shiatsu therapist for almost 14 years;
a practicing Registered Holistic Nutritionist for 10 years; and 8 years as a yoga instructor. Jacqui also teaches anatomy classes and yoga classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Power and Jock. She works with our entire team to teach what to eat and why during each phase of our training blocks and before, during and after swim meets.
