 Pointe-Claire opens its new indoor, 50-meter pool to the public, a first in Canada.

1967

• The Pointe-Claire Swim Club (under the name Pointe-Claire Aquatic Club) has its first competitve season, lead by George Gate.
• Pointe-Claire hosts its first Invitational compeititon, building a legacy of hosting top quality competitions.

1968

The Pointe-Claire Aquatic Club wins its first National Championship, winning both the Men's Team Banner and the Overall Team Banner.

1969

Pointe-Claire Aquatic Club hosts its first National Championship competition in its new facility
