Pointe-Claire Swim Squad

The Pointe-Claire Swim Squad is a non-competitive swimming program to better prepare athletes looking to improve their skills and one day join a competitive swimming program. This program is connected with the Pointe-Claire Swim Club.

Our 11-week sessions will focus primarily on teaching the athletes to swim efficiently with the focus on improving their technique. Our program is not just a fitness program. We believe this to be the most important and best way to prepare someone for success in the sport.

Swim Squad (2025-2026) Information

Session 1: September 22nd to December 5th, 2025 (11 weeks)

*There is no practice on Monday, October 13th, 2025

Session 2: January 5th to March 27th, 2026 (11 weeks)*

*There are no practices between March 2nd to 7th, 2025

Session 3: April 6th to June 19th, 2026 (11 weeks)*.

* There will be no practice on April 6th and May 18th
