Paul Biloserskyj

Head Coach Masters Pointe-Claire

Coach Paul Biloserskyj brings nearly two decades of coaching experience to his leadership roles with both the Masters Pointe-Claire program and the Pointe-Claire Swim Club’s 10 & Under group. Employed by the City of Pointe-Claire for the past 20 years, Paul has coached swimmers at every level—from first-time beginners to National Champions.

A standout moment in his coaching career was guiding two relay teams to Masters World Records, a testament to his technical expertise, motivational leadership, and commitment to excellence at every stage of athlete development.

Paul’s own swimming journey began at the Dorval Swim Club, continued through the Pointe-Claire Swim Club, and concluded at McGill University, where he competed as a varsity swimmer. He began his coaching career at the West Island Pool, Dixie in Lachine, before fully dedicating himself to developing young talent and lifelong swimmers within the Pointe-Claire community.

Paul graduated from McGill University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Education, majoring in Physical Education with a minor in Religious Studies. He is a Level 3 certified coach and holds a Level 1 officiating certification.

His coaching philosophy is rooted in hard work, technical development, and cultivating a genuine love for the sport. Whether working with young athletes just starting out or experienced Masters swimmers, Paul aims to foster strong values, discipline, and enjoyment that extend beyond the pool.

Outside of coaching, Paul enjoys movies, music, and cooking—interests that fuel his creativity and bring balance to his life.
