Contrôleur des virages / Inspector of Turns

Description: Le contrôleur des virages signale les infractions à la règle observée au juge-arbitre. Un contrôleur de virages sera affecté à chaque extrémité de chacun des couloirs du bassin pour s’assurer que les nageurs respectent les règlements en vigueur après le départ, à chaque virage et à la fin de la course. Les contrôleurs de virages doivent rapporter au juge-arbitre toute infraction dans leur juridiction. Le CV doit être sûr de leur observation de l'infraction, comprendre la règle, être prêt à communiquer avec le juge-arbitre et à répondre à ses questions.
 

Description: The Inspector of Turns reports observed infractions of the rules to the referee. One Inspector of Turns shall be assigned to each lane at each end of the pool, to ensure swimmers comply with the relevant rules after the start, for each turn, and at the finish. Inspectors of Turns shall report to the Referee any violation observed within their jurisdiction. The IT must be confident in their observation of an infraction, understand the rule, be prepared to communicate to the referee, and answer any questions from the referee.

• Les participants doivent avoir suivi le cours « Introduction au rôle de l’officiel » au cours des dernières années.
• Participants must have taken the "Intro to Officiating Course" at some point in the past years.
