She holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University, and became a Certified Athletic Therapist following internships with the Cobras de Terrebone Jr. AAA hockey team and the National Circus School.

Arielle’s athletic background as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, combined with 12 years of coaching young gymnasts, has given her a deep appreciation for the dedication, resilience, and passion that drive athletes. Her career has led her to work with athletes in gymnastics (including the Canadian Artistic Gymnastics Championships and the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships), swimming (Canadian Swimming Championships, Canadian Swimming Trials, TYR Pro Swim Series), soccer (Head Therapist for McGill University Martlet Soccer), hockey (École des Sources Sport-Études), as well as dance and cheerleading through consulting and strength training workshops with organizations such as Ballet Ouest.

Since 2017, Arielle has been the lead Athletic Therapist for the Pointe-Claire Swim Club, where she works with athletes of all ages and levels on therapy, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. In addition, she co-owns and operates Saulestice – Perinatal & Family Wellness Centre, where she continues to expand her expertise in corrective exercise and holistic care.

Arielle’s approach combines hands-on treatment, corrective exercise, and education, with the goal of empowering individuals to move confidently, recover fully, and continue doing what they love. She greatly values her time with the Pointe-Claire competitive teams, drawing inspiration from their determination, energy, and joy, and takes pride in helping them keep the sport fun, fulfilling, and sustainable at every stage of life.
