Groups

  1. Copper (Beginner Level)
Train twice a week for 30 minutes each.

Copper is generally for 4-6 year olds. This group is for young swimmers who are unable to swim a length of the pool. They will learn basic skills such as floats, sculling and kicking. They are eligible to attend mini meets at our home pool (non-sanctioned).

  1. Bronze
Train twice a week for 45 minutes each time.

Bronze swimmers must be able to swim a length of the pool. This level will start to focus on basic stroke techniques and endurance. Swimmers are able to go to Mini Swim Meets (non-sanctioned). Mini Meets generally have no fees attached to them and are sporadic throughout the season. Our team hosts mini meets throughout the season.

  1. Silver

Train twice a week for an hour each practice
Silver swimmers start to learn the basics of training and may start to attend and compete in smaller meets.  This level is for children who feel comfortable in the water and need to work on their technique.

  1. Gold
Train 3 -4 days a week for an hour and a half each practice.
Gold swimmers train more seriously and start to build endurance.  Swimmers concentrate on their techniques, start/finishes and turns.  By the end of the year they will be doing endurance training for long course competitions (swim meets in a 50 meter pool).

Platinum (Competitive)
*Training program developed with coaching staff to fit individual goals.
This level is for the advanced swimmer and requires a commitment from both the swimmer and parents.  Coaches will be critiquing their strokes, starts, finishes and turns.  At this level swimmers are expected to commit to training and attend swim meets throughout the year.
