May 27th - June 7th:

Monday - Friday: 4:30pm-5:30pm

Saturday 9am-10:30am

 

Morning Workouts (preferred, starting Monday, June 9th):

Monday - Friday: 9:00am-10:30am

*This includes 1 hour of traditional practice, and 30 minutes of optional skills and drills*

Saturday: 9:00am-10:30am

 

Afternoon Workouts, Starting June 9th:

Monday - Friday: 4:00-5:00pm

*On meet days, afternoon practices will be cancelled*

 

 

2025 Dive Practice Schedule:

 

May 27th - June 7th:

Monday - Friday: 5:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday 10:30am-11:30am
