Congratulations to our dive team on a fantastic performance at the 2025 CCSDA Diving Championships! Congressional took 3rd overall, beating our rival Kenwood by only half a point. This was our highest finish since 2017. We also took home the Sportsmanship Award, which is voted on by all competing teams; a wonderful honor for a great group of divers and coaches. Congressional Swim Families, The weather is just not in our favor!! In conjunction with the team from Columbia, we have decided to cancel our meet tonight (Tuesday, 7/1) vs. Columbia. The teams are currently working on an option to reschedule, perhaps in a creative fashion, to compete against each other. Congressional Swim Families, Due to severe weather in the area causing road closures, we have decided to cancel our meet tonight (Thursday, 6/19) vs. Columbia. Our top priority is the safety of our families and swimmers, and we wanted to make a call quickly to keep everyone, including our friends from Columbia, out of harms way.
