JUNIOR SQUAD
The Junior training group is our advanced age group training squad. Members of the Junior squad typically fall between the ages of 12-15 and are swimmers who are not quite ready to train with Senior but who have demonstrated the focus, determination and mental fortitude required to move out of Age Group. This squad trains in the water 6 times per week and has two lift sessions where they start to learn the basics of true weightroom lifting. The main purpose of this group is to challenge previous age group swimmers who have demonstrated that they are ready to put in hard work and focus, while preparing them for high school swimming, the Senior group and a potential future in collegiate swimming.
