How to Sign Up for Swim Meets

Registering your swimmer for a meet is easy! Just follow the steps below to sign up online.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log In
    Click the “Attend/Decline” or “Edit Commitment” button next to the meet you want to register for.

    You may be prompted to sign into your account.

  2. Select Your Swimmer
    On the Event Signup page, find your swimmer’s name under the “Member Name” column and click on it.

  3. Choose Your Declaration
    In the Declaration dropdown, choose one of the following:

    • Yes, please sign [Name] up for this event

    • No, thanks, [Name] will NOT attend this event

    You can add any special notes or availability details in the Notes section.

  4. Pick Sessions
    On the Athlete Signup screen, you’ll see all available sessions for your swimmer.

    • Check the boxes next to the sessions your swimmer will attend.

    • Add any additional info or requests in the Notes field.

  5. Save Your Selections
    Click “Save Changes” (bottom right corner) to confirm your sign-up.

  6. Coach Review
    Your coach will assign events for each selected session based on your swimmer’s level and training.

  7. Repeat for Other Swimmers
    If you have more than one swimmer, repeat the steps for each athlete.


Tips:

  • Be sure to register before the meet deadline.
  • If you have questions about which sessions to choose, contact your coach directly.
  • Some meets may have limited space—register early!
