How to Register for USA Swimming:

  1. You will receive an email from ‘Maverick Aquatics’ via TeamUnify.
  2. Click on the red box labeled “Register for USA Swimming Now”
  3. If you did not receive an email, copy and paste link to register: https://omr.usaswimming.org/omr/welcome/145C76AD9AED43
  4. The link will bring you to USA Swimming click the red “LOGIN” box.
    1. If you do not have an account, click the white “CREATE A LOGIN” box
    2. Enter the same email used to register for Team Unify. A verification code will be sent to that email. Enter the Verification Code.
    3. ‘Create a Login’: Enter the required information (personal username & password). Click SAVE.
  5. LOGIN with you username & password
  6. ‘FINALIZE YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT’- Enter swimmers legal first, last name, & birthday. Click “YES, CONTACT INFORMATION IS CORRECT”
    1. If you have never created or used USA Swimming Membership before, click the “X-No”
    2. If you do have a USA Swimming Membership, click the “Check- Yes”. Enter your child’s Member ID (14 characters). If you have swam for a different USA Swimming Club you might have a Member ID already.
  7. Read the Legal Acknowledgements. Click the boxes “YES (Green)”. Click Continue.
  8. Type your Signature- click “SIGN THE DOCUMENTS”
  9. Click PROVIDE MISSING INFO & RENEW
  10. Input necessary information
    1. Under Membership click “Premium Athlete” and Continue.
  11. Make Payment to USA Swimming
  12. Complete.
