MACS Splash: Swim-a-thon Information
2012 Swim-a-thon
The MACS Swim-a-thon is underway! Click here to visit the MACS website and get started by setting up your personal webpage to keep track of your swimmer’s collected donations. New this year, friends and family can make donations directly on the MACS website or donations can be collected in person and added offline.
Please read the information sheets to help with the initial set up process (shouldn’t take more that 5-10 minutes) and the Swim-a-thon promotion tips!
Collecting donations is simple:
- visit the MACS website
- click on the Swim-a-thon link
- click on ‘Find Participants’ or ‘Please Donate’
- select your swimmer
- make a donation
Receipts will be automatically emailed to each donor. To collect a donation made in person, click on the ‘Add Offline Donor’ link and follow the easy steps. The online payment service charges a fee of $3.95 to donate online (no fee to enter an offline donation).
This is an important fundraiser for the team and we need everyone’s support. Thank you for swimming with MACS and thank you for participating in the Swim-a-thon!
Mile Hi Aeration
It's springtime and everyone wants their lawns and yards to be green and beautiful! Mile Hi Aeration service will donate $5 to MACS every time someone orders a service online and inputs our code#34781DE. They are not adjusting their pricing to make this donation. We are encouraging all families to order their service online and use the code. Also, a flyer is attached to this email that everyone can print and share with your friends and neighbors. SCRIP Order Deadlines
Reminder: The next deadline to submit a SCRIP order is Thursday, April 5th. For your own planning, the next order deadline is April 19th.
