We are a Race Pace Training program (USRPT) including:
*SWIMMING BIO-MECHANICS
*PHYSICAL CONDITIONING SPECIFICALLY FOR SWIMMING
*PSYCHOLOGY OF COMPETITION AND PERFORMANCE
Training supervised or conducted by Coach Sam Clark
 

We are accepting new swimmers at this time on a first-come, first-serve basis and offer a tryout anytime.
