Age Group

Weston Swimming's Age Group is for swimmers that already know the 4 competitive strokes and are working on developing their technique and racing skills.

 

Practice & Meet Expectations
 

Age Group swimmers are offered practice 4 days per week and are expected to attend at least 3 days per week. Age Group swimmers are expected to attend all of our meets (usually 1 every 4 weeks starting in October and ending in June).
 

Swimming Requirements

 

Age Group swimmers are expected to be able to swim 200 yards of freestyle and a Legal 100IM.

 

Age Group gear: All Swimmers need a Water Bottle!
