Team Fees

All team fees are due and payable by the first of each month as outlined in the registration materials. Additionally, any meet fees and other activity fees will be charged monthly.  Team fees are listed below:

**Program fees - All CT Swimming and Town pool fees are included.

Year Round Fees are as follows: Registration due in August, remaining program fees (8) monthly October to May billing thru Autopay. If registering on/after Oct 1st, remaining program fees will be prorated and billed over 8 months.

  • Blue Group: $420 registration + $115/pr month = $1,340
  • Gold Group: $420 registration + $142/pr month = $1,556
  • Age Group Development: $420 registration + $180/pr month = $1,860
  • Age Group: $420 registration + $220/pr month = $2,180
  • Age Group Performance: $420 registration + $336/pr month = $3,108
  • Senior Development: $420 registration + $365/pr month = $3,340
  • Senior: $420 registration + $405/pr month = $3,660
  • Senior Performance: $420 registration + $435/pr month = $3,900
  • Alumni Winter Break: $200
  • Alumni Summer Break: $200
  • Alumni Yearly Memebership: $300

10 week session: Full payment due at sign up

  • Preteam: $375

 

Additional Fee: USA Swimming Registration payable to USA Swimming: $80.00

 

PLEASE NOTE: Please contact our administrator ([email protected]) to discuss alternative payment plans - these may be subject to additional processing fees.  Billing will be via Auto-pay with a credit or debit card on file and billed on the first of every month.

We, parent(s)/guardian(s) and player have discussed the Weston Swimming, Inc. Code of Conduct and agree to abide by it.  We understand that there is no refund or recourse for dismissal from our program as a consequence of violating this code of conduct. We also agree to the Weston Swimming Inc. volunteer requirements and understand the penalities for failing to meet those requirements. Finally, we agree to pay these registration, team, meet and event fees by the due date via Auto-pay.

  • Our program has a trial period until Sept 30th. Cancellation within this time period would result in termination of your contract/team fees and with further payment required. Please email your request to [email protected]

  • PLEASE NOTE:  Following Sept 30th, No refunds of paid fees will be given for early termination. Early termination from our program for any reason (unless moving out of state) results in paying the remaining annual dues.
