This past summer, Miss Porter's School and WHAT Swimming worked on the development of a Strength and Conditioning Room for the swimmers of both programs. This short course season, the room will be primarily used for the 13 and over swimmers, as Jim and his staff begin to implement an Age Group Strength and Conditioning Program. This morning, Coach Jim and Coach Megan, flew out of Bradley to attend the 2013 American Swim Coaches Associations World Clinic in New Orleans. WHAT Swimming believes and invests in their coaching staff's continuing education by providing opportunities to listen and speak with coaches at the best clinics and seminars in the country.
