Due to the Hartford Marathon on Saturday morning, and the road closures and additional security checkpoints the event will bring this year the following changes have been made to the practice schedule: Junior Team... The Junior team WILL NOT PRACTICE Saturday 10/12/13. Juniors WILL have practice tomorrow, Friday, 10/11, from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Porter's. National, National Prep, Seniors... Practice, Friday 10/11, has been moved to 4:30pm-6:30pm at Porter's. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
New & Re-certifying Stroke and Turn Officials Clinics (Also re-certification clinic for Starters) Tuesday, Oct. 29, 6:30 PM at Miss Porter's School, Farmington Instructor is Mike Huffman. Please email Mike if you plan to attend. All Connecticut Swimming officials must be members of USA/Connecticut Swimming. Join after Sept. 1, 2013 and your registration will be good through December, 2014. Membership is $62. You need not join before the clinic, but it will speed your certification if you do. Join using the online application at Connecticut Swimming's website: ctswim.org under membership....
