Started by Betty Philcox over a half century ago, the ZEUS Swim Team is the fastest-growing and most affordable swim program in Fairfield County. With team members from Norwalk, Westport, Wilton, Fairfield and New Canaan, team membership has increased 64% since the 2006-07 season, and a whopping 467% since 2002.

The ZEUS Swim Team competes locally, regionally and nationally -- with meets held statewide in Connecticut, as well as in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida.

Ranked 10th out of 54 teams in Connecticut, ZEUS swimmers have a proud heritage of being one of the most diverse and inclusive teams in the state -- and one of the most accomplished.

That's because ZEUS members realize achievement in all areas of their lives -- from academic excellence that is a team tradition that continues through college (where most of our swimmers continue competing), through physical fitness and development, to lifelong friendships that are forged through the shared commitment to a swimming experience that helps each swimmer "be all that you can be."
