Each spring at the March Indiana Swimming Spring Senior Championships and Short Course Age Group State Championships, Indiana Swimming recognizes the outstanding achievements of three groups of athletes from the previous year by presenting Top Performer, National Meet Rookie, and IAR Record Breaker awards.
