Want to host an Officials Clinic? Here is how!

Meet Referees wishing to hold a clinic, please submit your clinic information

for approval & posting to [email protected].

Information must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to when you would like to have the clinic.

Do you have an interest in becoming an official? Our sport needs officials to ensure fairness and to make sure meets run efficiently. It's a great way to learn more about an exciting and rewarding way to participate with your athlete in this great

Stroke & Turn Clinics

Stroke and Turn clinics will no longer be approved as they are no longer needed. Any one wishing to become an official should sign on to USA Swimming and go to their Education Tab, then course catalog. Once there, click on Officials to narrow down the search. There are 2 required courses : Foundations of Officiating & Stroke and Turn Certification Course. These two courses will take care of their test and clinic. The courses are on demand, so can be taken at any time convenient for the new official.

Only clinics posted via the IN Swimming website are approved clinics. If you wish to attend a clinic elsewhere, consideration will be given but pre-approval must be obtained. Please send the LSC and the clinician's name for preapproval.
