Custom Spiritwear Request Form

Coaches, Committee Members and Board Members, the Spiritwear Committee has created a easy way to request custom spiritwear items!  Please fill out this Google Form if you would like to have anything special made throughout the season.  Examples are swimmer designed travel meet shirts, fundraising items to sell or even special towels.  All items will be subject to board approval.  Request must be in at least 4 weeks before product is needed to have adequate time for design, approval, ordering and printing.
