Steve Lubrino - Head Coach

Head Coach Steve is a transplant from Brooklyn, New York where he retired as New York City Fire Officer. He enjoys working with all ages and levels of swimmers and believes in proper stroke techniques. He has been Head Coach for the Lightning for several years and has developed numerous swimmers, most recently (2022) qualified several swimmers for the jr. pre-Olympic trails. Coach Steve is ASCA Level 4 certified. During any free time, Steve enjoys competing in triathlons and is an avid cyclist.
Amy Barrett - Assistant Coach/ Head Coach for Instructional

Assistant Coach Amy has always loved swimming and started swimming competitively at a very young age. Amy completed 4 years on her high school swim team and was team captain both junior and senior years. Amy has been a coach with Lightning for 3 1/2 years and holds an ASCA Level 2 certification. Coach Amy also handles the Instructional level
Amanda Noellert - Coach

Coach Amanda began her swimming career in Pennsylvania at the Butler YMCA Barracudas at the age of 8 years old. After moving to Florida, she continued to swim and competed on the Southeast High School Swim Team. Amanda is ASCA Level 2 certified.
Haille Bogumil - Coach
Haille began her swimming career at LRSA when she was 9 years old. From there she swam for the Sarasota YMCA Sharks and the Lakewood Ranch High School Mustangs. After graduating high school she attended and swam for Stony Brook University from 2018-2022.
