Schedule Your In-Pool Evaluation

All swimmers interested in joining our team need to be evaluated by the LRSA coaching staff to get placed on the appropriate team level prior to registration.

Coach Steve will coordinate a date/time for your swimmer's evaluation during one of our practices.

What to expect during evaluation:

You will join our team during practice in a designated lane for evaluation, and our coaches will ask you to swim to your comfort level and ability as a swimmer. Evaluations typically take 5-15 minutes.

Our coaching staff will then assign the swimer to the appropriate group for their age and swimming ability based preformance during evaluation. As each swimmer progresses on the team, they will be moved up to appropriate levels accodingly.

What do you need to bring:

Swimmers are required to wear an appropriate swimsuit, goggles, and a swim cap.
