Sarasota Tsunami Swim Team

1. To teach the youth of Sarasota to be proficient swimmers, eliminating the chance of drowning for any school age child.

2. To provide an avenue for young athletes to achieve personal goals through competition.

3. To allow for individual potential and dreams to develop in a team setting.

4. Provide a healthy activity to combat the sedentary life style of today's youth.

5. To call upon modern 21st Century training information and research to provide the best training program in the state.

6. To become the #1 program in Florida.

7. Help develop young athletes from Sarasota to one day have the privilege of representing their country in international competition.

8. Help provide for young student/athletes the avenue through swimming to either enter the college of their choice or help pay for it.
