• Complete our online registration by selecting the ‘2023/24 Registration’ button located on our home page, or you may click Register Now!

• If swimmer is new to USA Swimming, complete the 2023 Athlete Registration Form (form located on the Getting Started dropdown menu in September 2021).   

Note our club information:    

Local Swim Committee (LSC Code) = GA

Club Code = USAC

Club Name = US-Aquatics Club. 

• If a swimmer is transferring from another USA Swimming team, complete the 2023 Athlete Registration Form (see above)  AND the Transfer Request Form (both forms located on the 'Getting Started' drop-down menu.  If you do not know your swimmer's USA Swimming ID number, you may leave it blank.

• Complete the online Registration on our USAC website AND complete the online registration on the USA swimming website. You must pay online on each site to complete your registration and reserve your spot on the team.

Bring the following to your first practice:

• 2022 Athlete Registration Form,
• the Transfer Request Form if applicable,
• US-Aquatics Club LLC Parent and Swimmer Code of Conduct Agreement signed by both the athlete and parent.

All items must be received before your swimmer will be allowed to participate.
